Yo sorry, been lagging again on the blog. Had to do a lot of boring shizz thizz week. Had some fun too.  Wed went to the Standard to see Andy Milonakis perform his cult hit Twitter Dat, and Freestyle...surreal to see hollywood chicks watching Andy/Dirt Freestyle for 40 mins..

Thursday was the T-Mobile Sidekick LX launch party. TRVS-AM played as well as WEEZER and BLINK 182. I went w Dirt Nasty and Andy. The party was on the paramount lot. It was in the streets for what looked like a NYC set..not in a soundstage which was cool. I had IL CONO gelato (2 helpings) and every other food item offered. It was packed w hollywood locals and tons of HAWT chicks..

TRVS-AM was great. They did the set they did at Coachella complete w WARREN G. Missed Weezer, but I'm sure they were good. Then a suprise. BLINK 182 performed for the first time in ??? years.  I love TRAVIS...we share a love for rap and blunts..BLINK was never my favorite..( i'm a metal head ) where TRAV is a (punk rock dude)...but it was fooking cool neverthe less...my twitter was blowing up when I started TwitPic'ing the show!!

Hung wit TRAV after the show, and made an appt for next week to swap beats and try to get one more song outta him and MICKEY...

It was a good ole fashioned Bolthouse( shouts to JEN) Production LA party( food, rappers, stars, and loads of girls)....all we needed was to go to Joseph's in a time machine set to 03' and smoke OG wit a pre Brit Federline and it woulda been like Classic Vintage 2000's LA...

Studio today w FLUEE ( been hangin w him a lot) he's got this crazy new style that we r working on..stay tuned for more soon.

Alchemist showed Dirt Nasty a youtube of (Houston rapper/reality TV star)Riff Raff a couple months ago. We all got obsessed w the enigmatic magic that dwells inside him...Dirt and Riff Raff started an online relationship...Riff Raff had to come to LA for his MTV show reunion and they finally got to meet each other and talk biz...here iz the video of their 1st meeting. Thiz guy iz for real..itz not an act......enjoy..Expect a lot of things from Riff Raff thiz year! Ok wow. A lot has happened since I last checked in. So much stuff gonna tell the story in a couple different blogs. This video was taken a little bit after I calmed down from a tour prank perfectly executed by MICKEY AVALON and the whole crew. 

Ok some back story. Some of the names will be abreviated to protect the innocent!(?). Remember my blog about getting to gold coast and meeting some chicks. Well lets call em B1 and B2. B1 slept over the first night at my hotel. Then the second night I stayed at her hotel. 

I wake up over at B1's and go back to my hotel. After hanging out with my Aussie mate LC, I realize my SERATO mixer and my PRO TOOLS box is missing? I KNOW I brought it. I imediately think I got jacked by some grommets in the hotel, but our building is secure, the contest riders are here, and no one has been in our room really, except B1 and B2.? But shit they are PAID rollin a beemer why would they steal my equipment? Well I don't know this but MICKEY came in my room in the morning while I was sleeping at B1's and decided to hide my shit and see what happened. So I call the Tour Manager freaking out. Game on. MICKEY comes over and swears it must be the chicks who did it.

Everyone hypes me up playing along telling me all this fake shit. Like B2 was asking weird questions like how much Beardo's camera cost and about my equipment. I even saw B2 snag a ball cap  drunk the night before from 7-11 and thought back she must be KLEPTO! Then once everyone was in on it. Cobra or Mickey got B1 and B2's friend "G" to play along and say that she had seen her steal before and pawn shit!! WTF!!? After that intel ,and many other lies told to me I was convinced. Now ....I'm generally a nice guy but I have a bad temper and I can go to 10 quick.  Used to always be strapped... u know how it iz ..or maybe u don't. I'm thinking sick sick things at this moment.

So the tour manager tells me we need to get the police involved because we have tour insurance and if we have a police report we can collect.( but really to make sure I didn't physically (SP?)harm anyone...ha) So we needed to bait B1 and B2 back over to the room and film them when I confront them. Everyone's like "I got ya back" and is in the room filming. like 4 cams going. I'm just getting more livid every second. So by now the girls are totally in on the joke and are willing to play along. But they don't know what they are in for. I'm notorious for GOING OFF on people sometimes. My former life as a soundman at an all RAP club (at the time) in LA called CLUB LINGERIE, and adventures in the streets, has hardened me and made me a little crazy. So they come in and I'm on some full FIRST 48 shit cop interviewer steeez. I start calm but escalate quickly literally going off threatening their lives and all this stuff I won't mention. Just roasting B2 like B**** you stole my shit. B1 just has this weird look on her face. Its gets nasty. I'm throwin  verbal jabs. They start jabbin...I'm trippin!!  Don't worry everyone filmed it. Some one will put it up eventually. 

Finally they are like well we can get it back for you. Go in your room. The gear is right on the bed. But I don't see it and I'm still going off hard. I finally realize that it is a joke and I felt sooooooooo mad STILL, but not at the prankster, still at the girls.  I Said some classic NIKKI SIXX shit after I knew it was a joke and they were pissed for real. So that game is salted....after I just woke up in bed with one of them that morning...I just couldn't go from  level 11 to  level 2 like that.  Fuck it oh well..more on that later...errr back to the story...Beardo filmed me at about...umm level 8 and I was trying to deal wit it. I did the "I got punked" saying with a smirk for the camera and shouted out RIFF RAFF. Then slowly I started to think it was funny kinda. (Now I think it's HIGHLARIOUS!!) but...took awhile

so here's me about an hour or two after the incident (before the new shave!)....talking about the ordeal briefly...

They won every game until JARRAH & LC teamed up to form Team AUSTRALIA and they won a match. On a brighter note I played Tommy from Team THE PRICKS 1 on 1 and WON 2-love..Cheers

I'm BAAAACCCKKKKK...(the wordy post).

Hey EVERYONE. Sorry for the long delay. I have been busy nonstop since I landed in Australia. A hectic schedule and shotty internet performance has kept me from being able to post..

A quick recap:

Day 1: I landed in Melbourne. Got picked up by the Von Zipper reps. Since I was the only one of the crew allready in Melbourne, they took me to their hotel.  I had the best night with these guys and made some new good friends!! What up CAM, SCOTTY, MATTY, NATE DOG,TOM, JIMMY and I forgot one name but he was a beast. STOP LIGHTS!!!! and THE GOON....wow.

Day 2: Recovered...all the boys arrived....went to a steak dinner...internet not working at hotel.

Day3: Work madness begins. Instore performance soundcheck at 3pm. Performance @ 4pm.

Straight from there to big gig soundcheck. Everything's good. Big gig performance. All my new mates showed up , ripped it. BEARDO literally gave one of his best performances of his life....amazing. Show was good. Made it to bed @ 4am. One of my best mates that I met last year in Oz ( and who is helping us promote the shows) Jarrah shows up at room at 5am with his 6'5 little brother in rare form. Woke up and didn't go back to sleep really cuz.....

Day 4: Had to get up at 9am to catch a flight to Sydney. Imediately go to sound check for the big gig in Sydney. Nice venue, great sound man, but we had a little tech difficulties resulting in a LONG check. Make it back to hotel exhausted. Too many heads around to sleep and I have to suss out the instore performance for 2morrow. PRE SHOW not feeling to good, tired and my voice was pretty much gone. I literlally didn't think I was gonna be able to perform but made it through like a champion w a little help from my man JACK DANIEL'S. Crazy show, sold out, 1300 AUSSIE's going BONKERS. Dirt Nasty climbed a ladder and jumped off of it professional wrestler style...MICKEY killed it as always..Most of the crew went to an after party in KINGS KROSS..I decided to sleep at me mates house and try to avoid all the partying and people at the hotel so I could rest. Slept and HOUR maybe and the party came to right where I was sleeping. Oh well NO SLEEP TIL BROOKLYN....

Day 5: Rooftop party @ Hotel today. I'm supposed to spin. Instore performance too today. So off to soundcheck for that. AVALON shows up and we have a mob scene of 12 year olds everywhere..Go back to hotel room to organize my set for upstairs. Ask if they have Serato. Told no, but they REALLY want me to play anyways. Went up to the party like "fuck it I'll just chill" cuz they don't have Serato. I go up there they DO have it and the HIP HOP DJ SUCKS..A lil bummed I didn't spin but glad to have a lil time to check out the scene...Everyone goes out again. I stay in to watch First 48 ( just like back home) and try to rest..

Day 6: Monday, flew to the gold coast where the surf competion is. I  was weary about going to a beach town ( cuz I'm a city rat) and almost stayed in Sydney another day. I'm glad I DIDN'T because ever since we landed on the gold coast I'm in HEAVEN. My room is at the nicest hotel where the competion surfers stay. They have internet THAT WORKS...It's fully palatial. No show til thursday or friday....ahhh time off after 5 soundchecks and 5 gigs in 3 days.. I'm breezy now. So some fine women came over and I hit it off with one (wut up B!) She even got me in the ocean!! ( after a lot of vodka) Haven't been in the ocean in 13 years. I love it now. Partied. Got all loud and obnoxious.

Day 7: Today, tuesday the 3rd. Woke up to a beautiful girl next to me and had some breakfast dipped in the ocean and FINALLY got back on the net!! I missed it badly...I have NO idea what is going on in the world...gonna check some stuff out now, but I had to update all of you 1st!

Ok so I am at DIRT NASTY's hanging out recording and he shows me these. They are crazy vaporizer cigarett's that are healthy and all that.  I tried it. Stronger than puffin' an American Spirit Yellow.  None of the bad things except nicotine I think. Smoke came out my mouth but NO SMELL AT ALL. DIRT said his homie was smoking on a plane w/ one of these things on tha D Low..wild. I'm getting ready for AUSTRALIA feelin good...I'm out

Been busy busy....

Sorry I haven't posted in a couple days I have been really busy in the studio.  I won't get all detailed but it started this week in Mickey Avalon's studio then a drive went down (fuk!). Had to go redo some shizz up at my studio. Then wacthed Dirt Nasty and producer Kojack working on a track upstairs til 5am. Then got up at 10am to head in the studio again at Mickey's house. We fixed what we needed to.  Kojack (long time no see) came over to track a song featuring Perry Ferrel and Mickey. In the meantime I set up upstairs in Mickey's kitchen (see pic above) and started working again...

then off to a pivate gig for a big director...
